We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with ALL-INKL in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This ensures that the service provider processes the data of our visitors only according to our instructions and in compliance with strict EU security standards.
Collection of Server Log Files
Our website runs on a modern web server. Each time you access the page, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits to us. This is technically necessary for you to view the page at all and for us to ensure the security and stability of the server.

Our website does not use cookies or comparable client-side storage technologies (such as Local Storage or Web Beacons) for tracking or advertising purposes.
Web Analytics
To better understand which content is interesting for you students, we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Unlike other tools, it stores the data locally on our server in the European Union and does not share it with third parties (such as Google). The following data is collected:

This data helps us optimize our website. Since the data remains on our server and is not misused for advertising purposes, this serves to improve our offering.

The processing serves statistical reach measurement and optimization of our website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Storage Duration
Raw data and IP addresses are anonymized immediately after collection. The remaining purely statistical and aggregated metrics do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individuals and are retained indefinitely for the long-term development of our reach.

- Voluntariness: Providing your name and email address is optional. You can also write to us anonymously if you do not need a reply.
- What we store: We only store the content of your message and the timestamp of submission. No hidden metadata (such as IP addresses via the plugin) is additionally stored.
- Purpose: Processing serves solely to handle your inquiry. The content of your inquiry is treated confidentially and used only within our organization.
- Security: We use SSL encryption (HTTPS) so that your data (e.g., when submitting the contact form) is transmitted securely and cannot be read by third parties.

Storage Duration
Your information will be deleted after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests (e.g., verifiability in the event of legal disputes) prevent this. For inquiries without statutory retention obligations, we delete the data no later than 2 years after completion.
Notice of Your Right to Withdraw Consent
Insofar as the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time informally by email to kontakt@fachschaftslisten.at without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until withdrawal.
